What does a Branch Manager at Northgate do? A Branch Manager is a highly professional, outgoing and motivated individual who plays an invaluable part in building the future of the business by leading their team in a fun, dynamic and fast paced branch environment where standards are high. Day to day you are empowered to run your branch. You will manage, train, mentor and motivate the team to achieve and exceed all branch targets and KPI’s. This includes everything from budgets, improving profits, maximising vehicle availability to minimising costs, whilst ensuring that you and your team deliver excellent and efficient customer service.  What skills and experience are required?     We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced branch and people manager, who has the ability to lead, motivate and inspire the team. You will have a proven track record in reaching and exceeding targets in a demanding environment. Above all, you’ll be a talented branch manager with a flexible approach who can inspire customer loyalty and help your team be the best they can.
