Platinum Recruitment's Chef Division is currently representing a 4 star hotel in Derby and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join their team.
CLIENT
This 4 star hotel is part of a large hotel group that has a firm focus on providing an excellent service that is recognized as one of the most successful in the hospitality industry. The hotel itself has over 200 bedrooms, is in a convenient location which provides quick and easy access to nearby cities and tourist attractions. The award winning signature restaurant offers the experience of fine dining with an international twist. They are now looking for an outstanding Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade to maintain and exceed their already enviable reputation.
ROLE
The new Sous Chef will be joining a very settled kitchen brigade and will need to be a team player who is willing to develop in the kitchen. Ideally you will have experience in 4 or 5 star hotels and will be able to demonstrate your cooking ability to a high level. You will be working closely with the executive head chef in developing and mentoring any Chef De Parties or Commis Chefs in the kitchen with this is an excellent opportunity to work in a large 4 star property and get the next step on the ladder.
