NSC Global is currently looking for an HR Projects Coordinator to join our growing company.
POSITION : HR Projects Coordinator
JOB TYPE : Temporary / Ongoing contract
LOCATION : Brazil
START DATE : IMMEDIATELY
This role is a dedicated HR projects person that will be managing all in country HR initiatives and will own the relevant country HR stream. The incumbent will sit on the projects team and will deal with all the administrative elements of the project, liaise with employees in Brazil and work with our internal HR team on providing best practice level service throughout the project, pre stage, transfer stage and post transfer stage. Employment and legislation will feature heavily in this position and complete fluency in Portuguese.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES :
Work with the GHRD and HRM to ensure high quality and effective HR service throughout transition
Deal with TUPE / Transfer acquisition (lift and shift) and demobilisation end to end including project planning, process design through to attending meetings and consultations and mitigating risk
Provide proactive consulting, partnering and project management support for dedicated HR activities / programmes and business improvement initiatives to support business plans, people strategy and change / transformation
Provide HR specialist advice, consulting and partnering for organisational development and business restructuring programmes
Create and control a knowledge file for the project which will hold all legislative and employment related information for Brazil
Advise on Brazilian Employment Laws and TUPE regulations
Support all Brazilian staff throughout transition
Liaise with Global HR Team daily
Qualifications:
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS :
Bilingual - Native Portuguese speaker or excellent fluency (written, spoken, reading) and English
TUPE / Transition specialist - essential
Able to travel to throughout Brazil to see all employees regularly
Sound working knowledge of Brazilian employment law
Change and transformation experience desirable
Project Management experience desirable
Able to quickly establish credibility and maintains positive & productive working relationships with colleagues
Able to organise and manage self effectively
Demonstrates analytical, creative & proactive thinking
Excellent liaison skills and ability to develop strong relationships both internally, with employees and with clients
