Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an established local E-commerce company. The company is expanding rapidly, attending to an average of 3 million customers per day and holding a house of over 80,000 products for a variety of brands for babies and women.
Job Description:
Our respected client is seeking a young IT Professional to fill the position of System Administrator to be based in Tangerang (BSD), Indonesia. The winning candidate will be responsible for all technical aspects and will support client businesses by developing server technology, platform management software and developing Web-based features.
Job responsibilities:
- Build and maintain company's technology Infrastructure (Web Infrastructure and Cloud Computing)
- Expeditiously troubleshoot application production issues that resolve the issues without causing additional problems
- Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems
- Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
- Maintain system efficiency.
- Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together.
- Make recommendations for future upgrades.
- Maintain network and system security.
- Analyze and isolate issues.
- Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
- Evaluate and modify system's performance.
- Identify user needs.
- Design and deploy networks.
Key job requirements include:
- A Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Strong knowledge of Unix concepts, command line tools and scripting
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Familiar with Windows Server Operating System
- Familiar with Active Directory
- Familiar with SQL Server
- Knowledgeable with Nosql database system ( like Mongo DB)
- Familiar with scripting environment
- Familiar with Apache web server, OpenLDAP, Postfix, SNMP and Tomcat, mySQL.
