We are seeking high energy sales executives with a passion for business level technologies. By initiating new client relationships and maintaining existing ones, our sales team focuses on delivering solutions for our continually expanding portfolio of products and offerings. We approach each client with a consultative selling methodology and try to understand our prospective clients' business needs.In this way, we are able to provide technical solutions to reduce costs and increase profitability.
Details:
- Hunt for new business by using conventional (cold calling, marketing, etc.) as well as non-conventional techniques
- Develop and build strong client relationships throughout the sales process
- Understand client business needs and explain the technical solutions we offer based on product knowledge and positioning
- Prepare and present quotes, statements of work and proposals to prospective clients
- Work with the engineering team to architect and position new solutions
- Identify personal sales objectives and meet those objectives (upon review by management)
- Cultivate existing client accounts to develop new business opportunities
- Assist with office administrative tasks as needed

The right candidate for the position will:
- Know how to actively listen to their clientele and assess both verbal and non-verbal communication
- Have a passion for learning (training on new technologies is a constant requirement)
- Possess excellent communication and follow up skills
- Demonstrate a proven sales track record
- Understand the professional services industry and the value provided
- Excel at networking and understand how to generate their own prospects
- Balance in-person client meetings with in-office required activities.
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY:
Have a strong desire to hunt for new business (and be very good at it as well)
Qualifications:
- Experience with face to face sales meetings and client interactions
- Extensive experience with cold calling/phone based sales techniques
- Experience marketing for new business using "outside the box" techniques
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office products (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
- Strong written, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Demonstrate a dedication to getting the job done
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Familiarity with major technology vendors such as Cisco, Microsoft, Citrix, Dell, etc.
- Understanding iSCSI SANs (such as Dell Equallogic), NAS, SSL VPNs, firewalls, routers, switches, and other similar technologies are a major plus.
- Sales certifications such as CCSP or VSP are big pluses.
Eligibility:
You must be authorized to work in the United States and furnish proof of such authorization.
A background check and drug screen will be required.
