Our school has a strong English immersion program called "Inglese Veicolare". At Nursery the English immersion program is gradual: 4 hour/week for 3 yr olds, 6 hours/week for 4 year olds and 8 hours/week for 5 year olds.
The school is a Catholic School with a traditional kindergarten enriched that offers an English immersion program, Chinese and Music. "Learning by doing" is the best way to summarize the general didactic methodology. Some Literacy is taught only in the last year of Nursery. Strong creativity and artistic or musical skills are welcome.
The school offers a lot of outdoor space for activities and a well defined area for this section of the school.
Currently the team of English teachers counts three English Mother Tongue /Bilingual teachers that have been working in the school over a number of years and can help new comers settle in.
Applicants must be qualified with a minimum of 2 years recent experience teaching children aged 3 – 6.
Experience teaching ESL students a plus (students will have no English at the start of the year).
Basic knowledge of Italian preferable
