Description:
Coordinate Local corporate sales teams across Markets products in Brazil
Provide oversight and evidence of such over team’s origination and sales activities including tight focus on controls and ensuring that client communication and transactions adhere strictly to Citi’s policies.
Work in partnership with Regional Product Sales Heads to implement the sales strategy in the country
Work with key partners and stake holders such as other Markets Product Sales teams as well as with CMO and Banking to deliver the full suite of Citi solutions capabilities to our clients.
Management of pyramid and officer title distribution
Governance of Headcount, Hiring, workforce planning, internal mobility, diversity initiatives, etc .

Qualifications:
In depth understanding of Markets Products across asset classes.
Track record in identifying latent client needs and working with partners to deliver appropriate solutions.
Strong client facing skills especially with regards to the ability to engage in strategic dialogues at senior levels
Strong Leadership skills
High motivation, energy, tenacity to drive the business and growth forward
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence and create alignment at senior levels across multiple products, clients, and competing priorities
Superior problem solving skills; pragmatic approach to ensure limited resources are directed appropriately
Fluency in Portuguese preferred but not required
